根据标书要求模型制作方案，在合同签订之后，圣然在模型设计、工艺研发、模具制作、生产加工、售后服务等全过程中的质量承诺如下：

Base on the contract and agreement, Sunraise promise the whole production precess including prototype, tooling, products and after service as follows:

一． 模型设计和工艺研发承诺：

Our Promise On Mould Design and Prototype:

在合同签订之后三日内，客户应向圣然提供设计模型所需的技术资料（相关的图纸及图片）；在技术资料收集完成后35天内，圣然可将首件样品交付客户确认，如有相关问题或意见，及时进行改板，时间约为7—10天，确认OK后双方须在样品上签字作实。

Customer should provide all technical information ( including related drawing and photos) within 3 days after contract signed. Sunraise will send prototype to customer for approval within 35 days after all technial information be collected, if any problem or missing be found on prototype after customer review. it will take moreover 7-10days to modify the prototype, customer should issue wirtten confirmation to final approval the prototype.

二． 模具制作承诺：

手板确认后90天内，圣然根据模型的设计要求制造出相关模具和样品，并送4件模型样品予客户确认，确认OK后须由客户签字承认并交回2件样品于圣然作为批量生产的收货标准。

Our Promise On Tooling

Sunraise will finish the tooling and send 4pcs of preproduction samples to customer for approval within 90 days after the approval of prototype.customer should sign up on sample and return among of 2pcs for us to keep us a production standard.

三． 生产加工与交付承诺：

模型样品由客户确认0K签字回传后15天内，圣然完成备料工作，以每天250—300台的产量生产，并按客户要求在指定地点交付，验收标准：

Our Promise On Mass Production

Sunraise will get the materials ready for mass production within 15 days upon approval of preproduction sample, after that, with the output of 250-300pcs per day to complete order and ship accordingly, Sunraise conduct the inspection with the standard and reference as follows:

A.目测（表面油漆在30cm距离目测）

B.双方确认OK签订的模型样品

C.技术资料

D.GB4054-83Ⅱ级标准

A: Visual inspection

B: Preproduction sample

C: Tenical information

D: International quality standard GB4054-83Ⅱ

四． 售后服务承诺：

交付后的产品非人为破坏的，保质期为18个月。

Our Promise On Aftersales:

In case of non-human demage occur in 18 months after delivery, we promise to fully replace the demaged goods.

五． 其它承诺：

如出现合同未尽之事宜，按《中华人民共和国合同法》办理，如发生争议，则双方本着友好协作的原则共同协商解决。

Unaccomplished matter and dispute:

If there is unaccomplished matter, shall be in accordance with the PRC contract law, and in case of any dispute arise, both parties prefer friendly negotiation to solve the disputes.
